Probably, but given the level of war crimes Israel has committed AND the paucity of relevant Muslim and Arab military retaliation for Israel's crimes, much more of the Lebanese population is likely to support Hezbollah in an all out war with Israel- they know Lebanon (including Hezbollah) is all they have- US nor Israel will help them in any serious or relevant way. The region is fully divided- anti- Israel or pro-Israel, end of story.
