It is relative. But we do need to understand one thing very very clearly: The VP in America is basically a backup candidate and has to follow what the President says and does.
But Harris, unlike Biden, was never a Zionist and in fact been accused of being too progressive, leftist, communist etc etc. But she knows there is no victory this November if she pisses off AIPAC--already there is a very very thin margin this election.
I am not saying she is going to be totally fair but I strongly believe she would be a far far better President than Biden or Trump when it comes to this conflict. Biden and Trump are old school , old white men: Bigoted, stuck in the Cold War mindset. Harris is young, of immigrant background, is a woman, and is a visible minority: All those traits are unique--even more unique than Obama's traits.
She already demonstrated two things which were not necessary to please the Arab/Muslim votes: She boycotted Netanyahu's Congressional address even though she was supposed to attend as a VP does as customary. She resisted the AIPAC pressure to nominate Josh Shapiro. Plus she, after meeting Netanyahu, made a very bold, clear speech highlighting the Gazan suffering.
Don't believe me: Look at what the Israelis are saying about her. I have yet to find Israelis praising her--on the contrary!!!
