Egypt will magnetize the Sunni Arab nations in the Levant and Africa.
Iran will trigger the whole Shia-world.
Pakistan will energize all muslim states in East Asia.

These 4 countries have everything except a good economy.
Saudı Arabi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE can take that part deliver money and oil.
This will trigger a mass effect in the islamic world and volunteers and militias from Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Syria, Iraq, Bosnia, Kosovo, Turkmenistan, Malaysia will join the battle.
The US and the UK are not capable to bomb, invade and annex Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Qatar, Mauretania, Bangladesh, UAE, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Jordan, Indonesia, Cameroon, Senegal, Malaysia, Nigeria etc all at the same time. There is no cappacity or social will for that.
Israel will be destroyed and US and UK will be economicly and socially devastated and exhausted.
