I'm not singling out Iran but we need to pressure the regional Muslim powers to consider such a option.

It can be limited, symbolic, but will have a great positive effect in stopping the genocide.

He isn't. Arab leaders respond to public pressure. Egypt went to war before with Israel. But the point is, to get Arab leaders to take more drastic/effective measures, it's usually something that scares them from losing power.

For Sisi, he's scared of army/population flipping on him if he allows expulsion of Palestinians into Egypt. But not to intervene in Gaza, at least yet.
