This is fake and scripted. To prevent a Muslim response to Israel's massive escalation of genocide and actual ethnic cleansing push. We will continue seeing headlines but no major economic sanctions nor arms embargo.
This is all to calm people down that will take action to stop the genocide. And to stop Egypt from responding/pulling out of peace treaty with Israel.

There is some kind of tensions between Egypt and Saudis/GCC which I will post about.
Egypt is taking the Israeli threat to ethnically cleanse Gaza very seriously. Because it's intended to destabilize the Sinai peninsula for Israel to take control over.
And Arabs (Saudi/GCC) want Egypt to be a weak vassal state to them. Willing to work with Israel to have this happen.
Egypt is under a real threat right now.
