The most important provisions of Hamas's response to the Israeli response include the following:

- Amending the dates of the release of Israeli prisoners so that they are in three batches and distributed over all sixty days to ensure that the enemy does not investigate the obligations of the agreement.

- The mechanism of distributing aid according to the previous without new mechanisms, in a way that preserves the dignity of people.

- Opening the crossing in both directions.

- Stabilizing the guarantees of stopping war and not returning aggression.

- Emphasizing withdrawal according to the withdrawal lines agreed upon in the past agreement and the status of fighting before March 2.
A 5 -year truce.

- Handing over the Gaza rule to the Technocrats Committee to Manage the Strip Affairs immediately.

The Hamas movement gave its response to a proposal and a convergence to the Egyptian and Qatari mediators. The response included a schedule for handing over the Israeli detainees in three batches: four on the first day, two on the thirtieth day, and four on the sixty day.

As for the dead bodies, they will be delivered in three batches as well: the first on the tenth day, the second on the thirty day, and the third on the fifty day*

The response also included demands related to allowing the residents of the Gaza Strip to travel and return through the Rafah crossing, along with other demands that include the withdrawal of the Israeli army, and to start negotiations aimed at reaching a permanent ceasefire agreement.

I thought these releases in batches was what pissed off the Israelis and led them to break the previous agreement and demand unconditional release and surrender. When Hamas refused, Israel launched the Gideons chariot which was even worse then all the previous ops in Gaza Strip.

Wouldn't this potential agreement suggest Israel failed despite endless atrocities in last three months ?

Trump is purposing this ceasefire for 60 days so that the IDF and the Americans + European +some Arab traitors can provide trail of Hamas fighters and their hideouts.
Like the last time Israel broke the ceasefire because they gathered information about the hamaz fighter locations and the launched a massive operation.
