There are little to no military targets in Rafah. As it's been bombed heavily since day one. This bombardment is about terror and scaring displaced Palestinians into fleeing. A ground invasion into Rafah is being attempted as well.

1.) Testing Egypt's response
2.) Testing international response
3.) Terrorizing the displaced residents
4.) Trying to see where civilians try sheltering and in which direction (to facilitate ethnic cleansing if they approve it)
