It is what it is; the whole region failed due to the sins of their forefathers; this happens when you align yourself with the West and take down the only empire (Ottoman) that provided some protection. The same goes for the Valley Kashmiris under Sheikh Abdullah.

The region has been the home of one betrayal after another.

At this point, I will go further and say what's happening is ordained by God. He designed it, and he should solve it. He gave the region a worthless population with worthless leaders.
