As long as the Zionists control the borders, airspace and water of Gaza, then they are occupying Gaza. The border with Egypt is also under their control as they have to approve anyone going in or out through the border as per agreement with Egypt.

As for the West Bank, well the PA has realised it's mistake in laying down its arms and signing the Oslo Accords. Oslo gave the Jews some breathing space in order to carry out the settlement expansion in the West Bank.

It is interesting that India is the only major "Global south" country to support the colonial settler state. This is a major strategic and historic mistake on the part of India, who should be lining up with the rest of the "global south" against colonialism. India will realise in time the massive price it will pay for this.

What Hamas did was horrendous but since then the killing of innocent kids - starving hospitals of necessities - stopping water and food - carpet bombing civilians - creating genocide is war crimes in anyones language.
