I’m not saying Israel matters more, but the GCC matters a lot as well. Saudi alone pledges to invest a lot in the US. Holding back even a year of investment can have a significant effect, especially in an election year.
Please don’t tell me there is nothing Saudi can do. There is a lot they can do, if they choose to do so.
