I disagree here. Who looks up to Saudis as a authority ? Turkey? Egypt? Iran? Clearly not. They're not taking orders from Saudis. Saudi's don't have strong influence. Unless you follow their religious establishment. Most people don't.

So the question here is what it would take to stop Israel's genocide in Gaza. And is it worth the short term risk. I would say yes it's worth the short term economic risk. If you make long term gains by capitalizing on the opportunity and not allowing Israel to restore a status quo of its choosing.

Right now the US and west in general is quite weak due to sanctions on Russia and the "tech war" with China.

Saudi and other GCC nations probably could get away with cutting off all co-operation with the entity. All that Saudi would need to do is cut off the air and land routes for the entity and the GCC minions like UAE andd Bahrain would have to effectively end their romance with the Zionists.

Fully agree any trade route going through Arab or Muslim lands has to be ended immediately. It's mind boggling how it can even be allowed. There's no economic gain. It's fear of the powerful Jewish-American terrorist community that control the US and provide military protection to these nations through the US.

They need to cut off from Jews permanently or start figuring out alternatives immediately.

Unfortunately that is being just too charitable.

Saudi and the other GCC puppets were getting US protection from US way before they were dancing with the Zionist entity.

It is just sheer greed and no respect for themselves as Muslims or Arabs. We had the same type of rulers during Crusader times who allied with the Christian Kingdoms before Saladin erased the unnatural presence from the Levant region.

I never thought the GCC Arab countries would stoop so low. It is one thing to avoid damage to oneself due to the American actions. But it is another to actively participate in the extermination of your ethnic and religious brothers. If the bolded part is true then that's the extremely low.

It's disgusting. How does a small clan like Saud clan rule Saudi Arabia. There are much better and bigger tribes in Saudi Arabia that should be assuming influence there.

It's a disjustice to these tribes and Arab people in general that these small unknown clans or a king/monarch family rule these nations. Arabs are by and far good people but ruled by brutal dictatorships.
