Also, which country or resistance movement keeps its top leaders close to the war so they can die and leave their movements headless? stop setting different and unrealistic expectations of Hamas/gaza people.

Those in Gaza are foot soldiers, commanders, and everyone else doing the physical part of the Effort.

Thats the way most wars go...aren't US leaders in DC enjoying their life while US soldiers face threats and some die in the middle east and regional military theaters? you're not pointing out anything unique and weird about the Palestinian resistance.
