It’s very vague and that might be intentionally why he said it that way. i don’t know but i interpret as Mahmoud Abbas doing nothing while the blood of his people flows. it is a very emotional time with all the suffering he and the people of Gaza went through.
Nevertheless, he has been very vocal about Israel’s atrocities and the fact it’s not about October 7.

Pakistan has always been for sale and has been sold for a long time to anyone/everyone but Pakistanis themselves.
Pakistan is ruled by modern day Firauns. Pakistanis need to wake up and do something about it rather than eating their daily dose of Biryani/Nehari/McDonalds, then chest thumping like monkeys at the Wagha Border or their Cricket Stadiums and then going to sleep (and repeating the same pattern the next day).
The Pakistani elites/establishment/rulers are nothing but slaves who worship the West or Russia/China. In their eyes, the common Pakistani is nothing more than a idiotic slave that deserves what they're getting.

He is an eloquent hate monger and needs to be confronted for encouragement of genocide, starvation and murder of women and children.
