UK gov’t lawyers say Israel is breaking international law in Gaza

This is significant as it gives the UK “government” some cover to roll back the assistance to the Zionist entity.

Unlike the US, the UK is not completely under Zionist domination and there are plenty of powerful people in positions of power that are pro-Palestinian.

It will be very interesting to know what the actual advice was - as it has not been made public.

It is obvious that UK legal advice is that international law is “potentially” or “ probably” being broken at the very least.

The government is being very non transparent about the exact nature of the advice their lawyers have given so far, as they refuse to say publicly that it clears them of breaking international law.

Harvard Law School student body calls on university to divest from Israel

Harvard Law School’s student government has called on the college to divest from Israel through a resolution.

The resolution, passed on Friday in a 12-4 vote with three abstentions, calls on Harvard “to divest completely from weapons manufacturers, firms, academic programs, corporations, and all other institutions that aid the ongoing illegal occupation of Palestine and the genocide of Palestinians”, The Boston Globe reported.

Two members of the board, Regina De Nigris and Cameron Adkins, resigned in protest of the vote, writing in a resignation letter that they “strongly disagree” with the resolution, The Harvard Crimson student newspaper reported.

Malaysia’s oldest political party announces $211,000 donation for Gaza

Malaysia’s oldest political party has announced a donation of 1 million ringgit ($211,694) to assist Palestinians in Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

The United Malays National Organization (UNMO), which is part of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s unity government, said the donation would be channelled through the non-profit Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organization.

Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi expressed hope that the donation would be a help to Palestinians as they observe Ramadan.

“Currently, we can see in the media, that our brothers and sisters in Palestine are going through severe suffering and difficulties due to the brutality of the Zionist army,” he said in a post on Facebook on Saturday.

“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the contributors, especially UMNO members. May Allah reward those involved as much as possible and I pray that every donation will benefit the Palestinian people as much as possible.”

Malaysia arrests three suspected of supplying Israeli man with firearms

Malaysian authorities have arrested three people suspected of supplying firearms to a 36-year-old man carrying an Israeli passport, who was detained this week at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur, police said, Reuters reports.

The man, arrested with a bag containing six handguns and 200 bullets, had arrived at Kuala Lumpur International Airport from the United Arab Emirates on March 12 using what authorities believed to be a fake French passport, Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain told a press conference late on Friday.

The suspect turned over an Israeli passport upon questioning by police, Razarudin said, adding that the man, who has not been publicly identified, had ordered the weapons after arriving in Malaysia and paid for them with cryptocurrency.

The Israeli embassy in Singapore did not immediately respond to an emailed request for comment. Malaysia and Israel do not have diplomatic relations.

Interestingly you prefer to claim that it is all Palestinians, the majority of whom are merely caught up in this war by proxy and paying a horrendous price for it.
I can assure you, the vast majority of Palestinians are sick of:

1) Having their property stolen and squatted on by jewish settlers
2) Having their women raped
3) Living under total blockade
4) Having their dignity be destroyed through constant humiliation
5) Random kidnappings by Israeli forces
6) Being walled up, dehumanized and evicted from their own homeland, where they have lived before Moses or Juadism, let alone Israel, even existed.

America has a second amendment so the American people can use their arms to stop the government from going gestapo on them. When Palestenians do the same to Israel (which doesn't even have legal jurisdiction over the country, as an occupier), why is it branded an act of proxy terror?

You do know Hamas has an unlimited supply of foot soldiers thanks to Israeli atrocities radicalizing them, right?
Also Palestine is not a State yet. And Both Hamas and Israel are using all resources available to each one of them, unequal as they may be, to fight as best as they can, which is what always happens in all wars.
No, during the India-Pakistan wars for example, both sides did not trespass the boundaries of international law and human decency.

By your logic, 9/11 was justified, because AQ was using all resources available to them, and it was soo tragic and both sides were equally responsible for violence in a tragic proxy war where America was acting as a proxy of the joooz and the American people paid the price.

Israel, which lectures the world on its legitmiacy, antisemitism, and hitler's atrocities, has a moral and legal responsibility to set an example and obey international law.

Why are you comparing Israel to a non-state actor anyway?

Let's not fool ourselves, Israel has the best military and intelligence tools in the world and is perfectly capable of surgically eradicating Hamas without murdering tens of thousands of civilians. Even broke, moth eaten Pakistan could do it to the TTP on scales far larger than Gaza.

Don't be afraid to call a spade a spade; Israel is delibirately targeting civilians on a scale terrorist outfits like ISIS and TTP could never dream of.

The US has a law which states that if weapons are sold to a nation that could be used in violation of humanitarian law then US withholds the weapons and sales can’t happen

ICJ ruled that plausible genocide is taking place so why are these weapons still be used to fund a genocide ?

They are even bypassing congress

When will this loophole be closed ?

Oh really? Yet this thread is full of claims that Israel has lost the war. Interesting how everyone here twists facts one way when it suits them and exactly the opposite way when it doesn’t just to keep arriving that the same predetermined narrative. That will never work.

What is the definition of "losing"? In the short term, sure, Israel could just massacre all of Gaza and call it a victory - though even Israeli apologists in America warn against continuing in such a manner.

In the long run, Israel has lost its most powerful asset: The support of Americans. To put it crassly, all the racist old religious white men in positions of power in America, are going to die in a decade or so, to be replaced by a generation who grew up seeing Israeli atrocities unfold in front of them live on social media.

The state of Harvard and other elite educational institutions, for example, has set off alarm bells in zionist apologist camps.

Without American support, Israel is just a radical jewish terrorist militia outfit which controls a thin strip of land in the levant, and takes pride in recording and publicising its atrocities - not much different to ISIS.

US also has a law that serving in a foreign military automatically renounces US nationality, but there is an exception for Israel.

Israel is special.

America, UK next on UN expert’s list to determine complicity in Israeli genocide

And Germany - they are the 2nd/3rd largest supplier after the USA..

And Germany - they are the 2nd/3rd largest supplier after the USA..

Germany comes a close second to US as it literally gives the weapons for free due to Holocaust guilt.

UK at least gets recycled US and German money for the weapons it supplies.
