It is at this point if Jordan is attacked their armies will splinter apart and people pick up arms against their own government with outside help. When you go against the wishes of the people so do not expect them to defend your hide when the time comes. As the social contract between government and people is voided.
This applies to all Islamic countries including Pakistan as it too has trampled on its people; it's just a matter of an opportunity availing itself.

"By the end of 2023, the US rapidly supplied Israel with thousands of guided bombs and missiles. Expected deliveries of major weapons to Israel included 61 fighter jets from the US and 4 submarines from Germany," the report said.
