they travel via planes which can be easily monitored (Houthis monitored Netanyahu's plane secretly travelling to Saudi Arabia then sent drones there a few years ago)
It's not about Intel. It's about political and military will. Israeli leaders aren't hiding or blending in with the population. Simply everyone else is afraid to target them, except Hamas. But, Hamas does not have the weapons or reach to be able to assassinate them. Israelis are not afraid of consequences of assassinating Iranian leaders.
