I think Azerbaijan would definitely be in the fair game, I think by now it’s basically used by the Israelis as hub to attack or spy on the Iranians it’s like a really bad secret they are doing those things there. In regards to those Muslim nation relations I think iran would be alright most would “elected” “honest” “righteous” “presidents/prime ministers/kings” would make some noise but wouldn’t go after iran for fear of domestic problems but let’s be honest if iran does hit an embassy or consulate it won’t be on a large Muslim nation maybe Kosovo.
