As an entity the Israeli are despised and hated in the entire region, it's only the lackey authoritarian leaders for personal gain try to follow U.S diktat, the people however revile and despise the Israelis
As a state the Jews can't just be plunged into crises after crisis, already the Arab/Muslim population is about 22% of Israel, already they are facing demographic defeat.
Todays conflict is a case of Israel winning the battles but losing the war
