It would be naive to think that this is solely a war between Palestine and Israel. It is not. No matter how one tries to sugar-coat, this is a war between religions and civilisations.

These protests are useless.

These groups are only given permission to protest on weekends when the downtown is mostly empty and, even then, restricted for the most part to side streets where they will get less visibility.

The authorities know how to play the democracy and freedom of protest game. They know it very well.

I agree with you- the protests have ended proving that Western citizens do not have true democracy or representative govts, and that is painful to see.

Western societies are morally, politically, financially bankrupt, so the new multipolar world order IS HERE, no ifs and or butts about it, because the world needs and demands it toiday.
