There is no court decision from ICJ and sort of regarding genocide in Gaza yet.
You are only quoting the verdict from the prosecutor and their supporters, and close your eyes on the defense from the prosecuted. You can close your eyes on argument not favoring the side that you support, but I and many others can't

American Public Perception shows a growing awareness among the American populace of the manipulative tactics orchestrated by the ZioNazi . There is a definite shift in public consciousness as can be seen by the student uprising across the universities across the US, where the American public are beginning to question the narratives presented to them and are recognizing their own susceptibility to propaganda and manipulation.
World Trade Center Demolition was not merely a terrorist attack but rather a carefully orchestrated operation designed to justify subsequent military interventions to aid Israel. The attacks served as a pretext for military actions in various countries over decades.
Geopolitical Maneuvers: The subsequent military actions in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Libya ,Lebanon and other Muslim countries were part of a broader strategy aimed at weakening countries opposed to Israel and diminish their economic and military strength . These interventions were part of a grander scheme, with a level of coordination and premeditation hidden in the maze of cause and effect.
Colonial Expansion Through Proxy: Israel is a colonial proxy of the Western powers and its colonial expansion is a deliberate effort to extend Israeli influence in the region through direct and indirect means. There is a strategic partnership of Western powers and Israel to further geopolitical objectives of Israel’s expansion and colonial regional influence and control of people and resources under the guise of combating terrorism or promoting stability.
Diversions and Distractions: Afghanistan, Pakistan, Ukraine, Libya, and Taiwan are distractions from the central objective of subjugating Palestine and is an evil but brilliant geopolitical play. Pakistan is economically subjugated, Russia is both economically and militarily bogged down and weakened in the Ukraine war, China is on the defensive with a ring of hostile nations in the Taiwan arena, India is dancing to the dollar tune, the Arabs are drowning in their petrodollar lavish lifestyles, Turkey is dancing like a bear to the tune to the prospect of EU membership and African Muslim countries are embroiled in one civil war or another. These controls and conflicts are calculated diversions intended to draw attention and resources away from the primary goal of expanding and protecting Israeli territory.
Systematic Weakening of Opposition: A long-term strategy has been played out aimed at undermining states that could potentially support Palestine and oppose Israeli expansion. This concerted effort to weaken and destabilize governments or movements which were perceived as threats to Israeli interests, thereby facilitating territorial expansion. Morsi was removed from power in Egypt, Bashar has lost half of his people and is in a precarious position, Iraq will take decades to recover, Lebanon has periodic civil wars, Somalia is struggling to unify under splintered warlords.
Strategic Machinations: The individuals orchestrating these alleged schemes are criminally evil but have strategic brilliance. Their actions involve manipulation, coercion, and strategic planning on a global scale not seen in human history
Role as Pawns: Some rulers must have finally have awakened to the realization that they have been unwittingly foolish and pawns in the larger geopolitical game. They must be suffering a sense of disillusionment and betrayal as they believed they were acting in accordance with their own interests or principles. What they didn’t realise is that the games they were playing they were actual pawns and strung within the games of their colonial acquaintances.
Commitment to Agenda: The colonial actors behind these schemes are deeply entrenched in their agenda and have invested colossal amounts of money sucked from their host nations to the extent that they are now unable to reverse the course of their actions, regardless of changing public opinion even as the public opinion goes against them.
Continuation of Agenda: As the game plays out further, the overall game is far from over. The actors involved are determined to see their agenda through to completion, regardless of obstacles or opposition.
