That is partly true , without violent resistance where would Palestine be now? Arab countries were normalizing with Israel and settlements were expanding with not a single word uttered. I don’t war, do you think I want to see my people be massacred by this Nazi state? The problem is the status quo cannot remain the same. Something has to be done to force Israel’s hand. It’s not going to happen when you lay your guns without any concessions from Israel.
Also, do you not see Israel constantly going in the West Bank and killing people? You want this where they can come in and kill with impunity and leave with no consequences ? This is happening now.
I understand the proponents of nonviolence... except that they're willing to be appropriated. Because occupation did not happen in the vacuum and as a matter of fact will continue to be sustained by those with monopoly on "violence".
This is what made and now sustains zion. They actively seek dithering, friction and disunity in the ranks of their opposition. It is why they've been able to make Palestine a storm in a teacup! It is why you'd actually see zionists using the argument of Palestinian existence, as a political entity, as people... it helps them keep fragment their opposition.
The problem now is that Rafah doesn't achieve anything except sustain Miliekowsky's untenable political gambit. He has lost credibility of zion as a collective political lot, effectiveness of its deterrence, ability to project and force change.
That will never come back... and it would never have happened on the bought and paid for manufactured regimes in Middle East. The Sheikhdoms if anything perhaps shudder at prospects... they helped create... paid to maintain.
Their is a lot of hue and cry for the mask being removed... the cost?
What would be the acceptable cost?
For them, annihilation of the entire people... because the sheep are too afraid and too insecure.
