The Hamas leaders were put on as the ICC probably felt that they could not face off otherwise against the combined power of the Zionists and their western vassals and make the indictments stick.

Is that what you read okay so Israel didn’t use food and medicine against a whole for the act of a few Israel didn’t lay siege to an entire cities like this was medieval times. What is the reference to violence in Europe here?

What they are saying is that the ICC will lose all credibility if they do not apply the rules equally. A law becomes useless if it is selective.

Like many said months ago, the courts do not need to try hard to find evidence as the criminals in the Zionist entity from the very top to the very bottom have been talking and documenting genocidal intent and the crimes they have committed against the Gazans since the start after October 7th.

No one here supports the targeting of civilian settlers in Palestine, especially children who did not ask to be born and brought up in occupied lands.

Allegations were made by the occupiers and that needs to be put to a neutral court. Allegations are not the same as actual proof anything happened.

On the other hand we have masses of evidence of war crimes and genocidal actions being carried out against the Gazans.

What is wrong in wanting the end of a colonial settler state? Did anyone ask the native Palestinians to give up their land so the European Jews could have a state of their own?

This is the 21st century and the time of colonialism and apartheid should long have been consigned to the dustbin of history.

Israel is 100% justified in defending its people and defeating the Hamas terror group and its ability to wage terror.

Hamas operates 500+km of tunnels underneath the civilian population of Gaza. Hamas intentionally uses them as a shield. Due to the size of Gaza and its dense population, the destruction of Gaza was inevitable.

For Israel, they had no choice but to respond. Surely you understand this. How else do you deal with Hamas and its vast network of tunnels in such a small territory?

The reality is the destruction of Gaza was inevitable post 10/7. A ruthless terror attack was met with a ruthless assault and I called it since Day 1. I said don’t complain and cry victim when Gaza gets bulldozed. But that’s exactly what has happened. You can’t murder 1,000 Israeli civilians and not expect to suffer the consequences.

So what was the justification of israhell genociding Palestinians prior to October 2023?
I mean why Isra-hell was killing Palestinians from 1948?
