If and when the Israeli population grows to their desired target of 50 million Jews, then, yes, they will expand. It is in their nature and you can see that desire in the Israeli blogs sometime. The blogs wish to have the Aliyah of all the Jews in the world to Israel in such a way that there is not only more people but also more land. Without people, more land will not be defendable. Israelis want more land and Jewish people moving to Israel to create manufacturing of large products which is currently not nearly sufficient.
So all those Arab countries in the vicinity of Israel--especially those which have fertile land like the Nile Delta or southern Lebanon--would be a target.
