USA and all those countries (especially western) who support israhell.
USA has a lot of land. If israhellis like desert USA has a lot of it. If prairies, USA has lot of these. If snowy land, Canada has a lot of it.

And money for this can't easily be arranged.
Just cut off your unnecessary military budget (israhell will not need any as there will not have any external danger in USA). Use all the funds which USA spends on israhell and use all the israhell's own budget.
Isra-hell will be safe and practice whatever they want, peacefully.
USA no longer will be burdened forever to protect israhell. Anymore funds needed can be obtained from NATO and other other friendly countries.
So this is a very ideal solution.
