Israel don't want to move the border !
It's enough to control a short band so as to avoid future tunnels. I think it's a red line for Israel, and for the exact opposite why Hamas don't agree.

We can note that if there was some weapons coming from egypt to Gazo through tunnels, and it's a fact, that means at least some egyptian compromission....
