People who ascribed to Islam are called Islamist. And this is why it is important understand the war in the Middle East, not mainly from the lens of civilian suffering.

The Islamic military class that was there from the time of the Battle of Badr (624) and continues UNINTERUPTED until the abolishment of the Ottoman caliphate(1921) vanished from world history at the abolishment of the Caliphate until the year 1979.

Now 1979 is A VERY VERY VERY Important year had only people understand.

1979 is the year of three major events:

1. The Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan
2. The Iran Revolution
3. The Assault of Juhayman into Mecca

All 3 has one things in common : The return of political Islam in ME and the instrument to do so (militancy).

Only political Islam understand why Palestine is not for sale, and any form of 'normalization' is a treachery. Something that is lost to the Secular nation of for example : Egypt and Turkey.

So whenever you see wars in the Middle East, knows that for each day the war erupts, political Islam becomes more ascendant and Secularism are eclipsed.

Without Islam at heart, a Palestinian liberation is a pipe dream. Without Islam, Both Umar R.A and Salah Al Din would have never entered and liberate Palestine. Something that modern Muslims don't understand.

Israel Air Force jets, guided by the Intelligence Directorate, killed Ibrahim Aqil, in addition to 15 other Hezbollah Radwan Force commanders, during a meeting in the Dahieh neighborhood of Beirut on Friday evening, the IDF confirmed in a statement issued Saturday afternoon.

Among the terrorists killed was Abu Hassan Samir, who served as the head of the Radwan Force training unit.

He held various positions within Hezbollah and was commander of the Radwan Force for a decade until early 2024.

Samir was one of the orchestrators of the "Conquer the Galilee" attack plan. He was involved in furthering Hezbollah's entrenchment in southern Lebanon while strengthening the terrorist organization's ground combat abilities.

The Radwan Force commander had planned and executed numerous shooting attacks and infiltrations into Israeli territory.

Additional Hezbollah commanders who were killed in the strike​

The additional Radwan Force commanders who were killed in the strike were Samer Abdul-Halim Halawi, commander of the coastal area; Abbas Sami Maslamani, commander of the Qana area; Abdullah Abbas Hajazi, commander of the Ramim Ridge area; Muhammed Ahmad Reda, commander of the Al-Khiam area; and Hassan Hussein Madi, commander of the Mount Dov area.

These commanders have been leading attacks against Israel for years.

Additionally, senior officials in Hezbollah and within the Radwan Force headquarters were killed. These include Hassan Yussef Abad Alssatar, who was responsible for Radwan Force operations. He led and advanced all of the force's rocket fire operations.

Hussein Ahmad Dahraj, Chief of Staff of the Radwan Force, was also killed in the strike. He was involved in the transfer of weapons and the strengthening of the organization.

BTW, I have not found ONE credible analyst, Western or not, who don't say that Netanyahu's lifelong wish has been to drag the Americans into a war against Iran and all the analyst say that Americans do NOT want to be dragged into such conflict. America is a global power and has already on its plate in Ukraine and in South China Sea; I think in earlier part of this video Hedges talks about Netanyahu's wish.

You know, this is not something to be debated.
Whatever is not Islam is not worth our attention. This is a refutation to people who believe that Islam and Western ideologies/order can coexist.

they cannot, one has to simply surrender to the other one.

Muslims fooled themselves when they believe that solution can be found in something that our prophet has forbidden, things like secularism, liberal order etc.

But do they have the skills, experience to do the job? The list of senior leadership that has been lost is significant and their plans, skills went with them. This has massivley hurt hezb for sure.
