Yes, Israel has the dominant hand right now, but it doesn't change the fact that it's a highly developed country, these kind of attacks take a huge toll on the business environment. No business wants all this hassle where your employees are running to shelters regularly, blackouts etc.
This situation needs to simmer for long enough, Israel would be getting some good financial damage.

China would indeed become an important country in new world order as we are likely to see some kind of "understanding" between the Muslim world and the Chinese.
China will get full access to trade through Muslim countries in return for access to Chinese technologies.
In actual fact China could even play the role of "outside leader" in guiding Muslim relations and solving disputes between countries.
Chinese and Muslims throughout history in fact have had excellent relations and no reason we cannot resurrect that in the new world order at a higher and more strategic level.
India on the other hand is just going to be totally boxed into S. Asia as it will be treated with deep suspicion, with its anti-Muslim hate having been revealed all too well as per Modi policy.

This is massive as this could descend very quickly into total war or it could in effect totally paralyse the entity and bring an end by knocking out key sites such as airbases.
