Hezbollah condemns mainstream media for taking a tour with the IDF in southern Lebanon
Since Israel started sending ground troops into southern Lebanon, Hezbollah has been telling everyone that the IDF utterly failed - it failed to gain any ground, it was turned back at every village it tried to capture.
Then Israel started giving tours to villages in southern Lebanon to the media, showing not only that Israel had captured territory, but it was confident enough that Hezbollah would not fire on them because the areas around those villages were cleared.
This was totally unacceptable to the terror group that wants to control the narrative. And it went mostly after the BBC, which it sees as the weakest link and easiest to manipulate.
L'Orient Le Jour reports:
Wow. Who knew that journalists embedded with an army were breaking the law? All those reports from Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere where every major media outlet participated were illegal, according to Hezbollah!
This is Hezbollah panicking about losing a battle in the information war. The usual response is an over the top, crazed reaction, knowing that Western reporters do not want to be harassed by anti-Israel drones on social media and perhaps in real life.
These bastards are even targeting UN forces - they really don’t care who they kill because they are the chosen ones.

IDF troops were amazed at the amount and quality of military, equipment and weapons they found mere meters away from the border town of Metulah and a kindergarten there.
Since the IDF began its offensive in southern Lebanon, the troops discovered the scope of the failure to prepare for the danger posed by Hezbollah's elite Radwan force that was preparing for an invasion of Israel along the about 130 km of border, close to civilian centers.

Troops operating in villages close to the border uncovered hundreds of weapons, wrapped and packed vehicles with which the terrorists planned to invade the Galilee to occupy bases and settlements as far south as Haifa.

The vehicles were filled with gas, armed with heavy machine guns, packed with combat uniforms, personal weapons, and medical supplies, and were ready to emerge from hiding places. The soldiers who operated in the northern part of Kfarkila found Hezbollah's weapons stores up a ridge that was hidden from view from the Israeli side. They located anti-tank missiles of various types and ranges, a bounty of ammunition for full-scale combat, machine guns of various types, and explosives.

"We found real headquarters to control and command what they planned with maps on the walls, computers, offices for briefing, and safes for their classified documents," the commander of the IDF force said. "Because it is a relatively large village, you can only see a part of it from the Israeli side. That's why we operated at its edge and the whole brigade took it apart. I saw the preparation that was going on for years by Radwan."

The battalion commander commented on the limited operation, emphasizing that the Air Force cannot locate such complex structures with aerial photographs and they can only be found by ground maneuvers. "Fighting in the Gaza Strip did not cause burnout and was an advantage," he said. "We are now much more experienced, even though we are fighting a different, more professional enemy in a different terrain."

Here in the UK, on Channel 4 News, one of the presenters suggested that Israel is now changing tactics to not go for the frontal assault as that is proving to be difficult, but to prepare a new invasion force that will go around Hezb fortifications by essentially invading Syria via the Golan Heights into Syria mainand then launching an attack from there into Lebanon...

Absolutely believable approach. But going into Quneitera and Daraa would be nightmare for Israel and could crash into a battled hardened Syrian forces.
I honestly believe Israel wants to expand into Lebanon and Syria because they don´t wanna give the victory to Hamas as they really couldn´t crack them and after fighting awhile on these fronts they can accept Ceasefire without losing the war and they safe face in fact come off kinda good in all of this after engaging all fronts and securing ceasefire hence why Hez and Syria shouldn´t allow them such things but smash them hard on their frontlines
