I’ve heard the same about groups like Al Qaeda and ISIS. They still exist, but are shells of their former selves. Groups like Hamas and Hezbollah are so heavily degraded it’ll take many years to rebuild, if ever.
There’s no guarantee they’ll ever be able to rebuild their strength to what it was.

God bless our brother Sinwar and he is now in heaven as all martyrs are.
He will go down in history as a great Muslim and leader of the occupied Palestinian people.
When no one can remember the names of the traitors amongst us, Sinwar will be remembered through the ages as a pivotal figure at this difficult time in Muslim history.
