With Sinwar also gone, Iran must talk peace now. This is the last chance before war and destruction comes to it's mainland.
It should get Houthis to back down and offer to release all Israeli hostage in return for complete cease fire (and no other conditions). This will elevate it's international image as well.

Iran can destroy the entity conventionally. It does not need to even use nuclear weapons on that pipqueak, although 3-4 15-20kT bombs would be enough.
