The Gazans have no choice now but to fight till the end. Imagine being in Israeli prisons and sodomized by iron rods? Israelis will have to totally clean Gaza of any resistance otherwise even one rocket a day into the foreseeable future would be too much for the Israeli residents near Gaza to return home to. But to totally clean Gaza would require IDF soldiers going from building to building, tunnel to tunnel to eliminate and occupy. But by now even the Israelis know that they don't have the stomach for casualties even though they know their very existence is in question; basically, they are cowards. If they were real men, like the Pakistanis soldiers who flushed out the Pakistanis Taliban from very difficult regions of Swat and the Tribal Areas, then Israel had a chance. But a coward is a coward. The world has appropriately adapted the 'Israeli Diaper Force' label for IDF.

The war in Gaza is fundamentally unwinnable for Israel militarily, because any real clear up operation that targets the tunnels, would result in thousands of infantry casualties. The Israeli nation does not have the appetite for that level of loss. For this reason, they'll never be able to properly defeat Hamas.
This means that the future only holds the division of Gaza into sub regions, with militarized corridors to react to missile strikes on Israel as quickly as possible. Hamas will never be defeated and the IDF is simply breaking the Whack-a-mole board into smaller chunks.
However, I am not sure how long they would be able to keep up such an occupation within Gaza, especially if the Gazans continue to fight back at the same level we are seeing in this war.
