It's an open secret in Canada that Canada's intel agencies such as CSIS and RCMP don't trust him due to his foreign connections to India and Russia. If he ever comes to power, he'll be a lame duck PM, with no real power to make decisions.
Canada's intel agencies will almost certainly either boycott him, or feed him false information in case he leaks state secrets.
