IDF terrorist liquidated in north Gaza today

An IDF terrorist was killed during fighting in the northern Gaza Strip earlier today, the occupation announces.

The slain terrorist is named as Staff Sgt. Ido Samiach, 20, a team sergeant in the Nahal Brigade's reconnaissance unit, from Ganei Tikva.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on Jan. 5:

• Carried out a raid on a building housing several Israeli soldiers in Jabalia Camp, northern Gaza Strip. Before withdrawal, they detonated an explosive device left behind by the enemy forces inside the building.
• Confronted Israeli occupation forces storming several axes in the town of Jenin, occupied West Bank, and targeted them with heavy volleys of bullets.
• Blew up an Israeli military jeep in Tamun (Tubas Governorate), occupied West Bank.
• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces in Tubas and Tulkarem, occupied West Bank.
• Engaged in fierce battles with invading Israeli forces on the combat fronts surrounding the New Askar Camp.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on Jan. 5:

• Targeted Israeli military’s command and control headquarters in Jabalia Services Club with 60mm mortar shells.

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on Jan. 6:

• Targeted two Israeli Merkava tanks with a high-explosive device and a "Shawaz" device east of Al-Saftawi Junction, west of Jabalia camp, northern Gaza Strip
• In a joint operation with the Al-Quds Brigades, engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip.

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on Jan. 6:

• Targeted a convoy of Israeli military vehicles in the city of Jenin, occupied West Bank, with a heavy barrage of bullets.
• Fighters in the engineering detonated a pre-planted explosive device on an Israeli military personnel carrier of the “Namer” type in Jenin, occupied West Bank.
• Raised a building where a group of Israeli soldiers were holed up in Jabalia camp, northern Gaza Strip.
