5. During the three -month period of the start of the ceasefire, Hamas delivers the maps of the tunnels and the heavy weapons stores to the Egyptian administration, and the rest of the Hamas military body moves to the Gazan Rafah

6. During a year of the ceasefire, Egypt sponsors a dialogue between the Gaza tribes and its political movements, until the formation of a Palestinian civil administration that takes over the management of governmental sector affairs during the transition.

7. Egypt pledges to rebuild the sector and resettle the displaced, in cooperation with regional financiers.

8. Egypt hands over the Gaza Strip to a Palestinian national government with the end of the five years, after national elections and the establishment of a national police apparatus in the West Bank and the sector.

Did you not see that the Jewish Americans voted historically lower for a Democratic nominee in four decades? Did you not see that the Israeli public opinion was overwhelmingly fearful of Kamala Harris and pro Trump? Did you not see that under Trump One, he casually gave away the Golan Heights and Jerusalem to Israel without even real need to do so as some 'bargain'? Did you not see that the Trump's political 'base' is rabidly anti-Muslim, anti-Arab and has a large number of Christian Zionists in it? Did you not see that Trump criticized Biden for not 'finishing up the job' in Gaza? Did you not see that Trump had openly called to muzzle the dissent on the American campuses? A large problem with people like Jeffrey Sachs, Larry C. Johnson, Jackson Hinkle and many others is that they too broadly saw Trump as a 'peacemaker' because Trump said and probably is going to end the Ukraine war. And while that's admirable, they, in their over-enthusiasm, totally forgot Trump and his base's Middle East history and policies. Well, Larry Johnson recently admitted his misreading of Trump and in this quoted video Jeffrey Sachs too. And as does Scott Ritter. And as will others and those who admit they were wrong would be more admired by me than those who'd stick with their wrong conclusions. Any person of intellectual integrity should change their opinion based on new events otherwise they are not worth paying attention to--waste of time.

A disaster. Nothing of this will happen. Israel and the US will never keep their promise.

And Egypt will disband Hamas and give Gaza to Israel.
