There was an agreement between Israel and Lebanon proper that led to reduced footprint of both the IDF and Hezbollah in South Lebanon. The IDF still have limited presence in South Lebanon and attack Hezbollah elements. See this, this, this, and this. Hezbollah is virtually crippled and unable to respond effectively. The Lebanese central state is taking charge of different matters in the country slowly.

I suspect a unilateral announcement of some kind of governing body running Gaza, despite no real plans on the ground for that. Another attempt to delegimitize the resistance.

There is no way they repent to God from their grave sin of enabling and abetting genocide. Lots would have to change if they finally dropped their nasty pro -genocide ego. But I don't believe they'll swallow their pride yet as they're deeply irreligious and prideful.

The Palestinian resistance will not release any more prisoners held in Gaza unless the US forces Israel to cease fire.

The ceasefire includes the complete withdrawal of occupation forces from the Gaza Strip and the cessation of the ongoing military aggression.

We are ready to implement a comprehensive deal to release all prisoners in exchange for an end to the war and a complete withdrawal from Gaza.

The resistance prefers to implement an all-for-all deal, but it is also open to a phased implementation formula for a comprehensive and clear agreement.

Israel has deliberately overwhelmed the mediators, Egypt and Qatar, with a series of impossible demands as a condition for stopping the war.

Among Israel's demands is the disarmament of the resistance and the expulsion of its leaders from the Gaza Strip. These are demands that the occupation knows in advance that the resistance will reject.

Disarmament is the biggest problem facing Israel and is completely rejected by the resistance and the Palestinian people.

If the resistance ends and weapons are surrendered, the forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza will be the next step.

Israel is trying to negotiate the return of its detained prisoners without ending the war.
