With due respect Israel and its partners have already raised their middle fingers to the interim findings and orders of the ICJ. Does the term due process even matter to the Israelis and their supporters? From personal experience, I had interaction with a Jewish lobby group who were protesting against Hamas in my home country. When questioned about the interim findings of the ICJ, the response of most of the group members were that the ICJ cannot be trusted any longer since it hijacked by anti - Semitic elements. How can anybody reason with that logic is beyond me. The general Israeli government has contempt for anybody who points out their clear wrongdoings, including any court or lawful authority. They after all are fully supported by your government and media. In effect, it is difficult to argue with a man armed to the teeth whilst you remain defenseless.

I'll chime in with my take. It's just plain absurd that a country like South Africa where the current political bigwig of the Economic Freedom Fighters is openly backing and even promoting the massacre of a 4 million strong white minority has the nerve to point fingers at other nations for genocide.

Let's face it South Africa itself isn't exactly in a position to throw stones on this matter. The whole situation feels like a clown show put on by South Africa. How can anyone take them seriously when they're essentially endorsing genocide against whites in their own backyard?

South Africa really has no leg to stand on when accusing Israel of genocide!

Maybe if Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan step in then the Chinese will step in. First thing is to follow international law and apply sanctions immediately against Israel, stop the flow of goods and services and make it unviable for genocidal Israel to continue on its present course. Then there is the military pressure, if these big Islamic countries don't want to fight which they are obliged to do both Islamically and under international law then they must facilitate citizens who do want to topple the Nazi Genocidal Israeli regime. It's a race against time and Sisi , General Munir and Erdogan know it and are just procrastinating hoping the Palestinians would be wiped out. Turkey is more interested in joining the EU and acquiring US weapons so they can bomb more Syrians; Iran is just playing the long term strategic game and really in't bothered as to what plays out with the Palestinians as long as the outcome is favourable to their proxies. Iranians are also thoughtful of the fact that Nazis don't stop as their short term successes feed their genocidal campaign. Pakistan army is just playing politics and is only interested in countering and containing India; India has a simialr cold blooded Nazi regime hoping to use the Israeli genocide model against the Palestinians. This Israeli genocidal expansion will ignite other wanna be Nazis to start exterminating for land and money and the world must put it's foot down. Otherwise the 21st Century will be from one genocide to another.

The Chinese have never gotten involved in anything anywhere for any reason. They don’t care!!! All they want to do is make money and the world can burn as long as they can make money…. Don’t ever rely on china to come to your aid for anything ever….

Name one time when the Chinese took active stance on anything? Always the quiet ones they are…

They should try him along with your members of parliament who call for the same such as Givr, Smotrich, etc.

Also, the only one committing genocide right now is Israel not South Africa. Just because someone calls for genocide in another country doesn’t take away the crimes you are committing. It means both of you need to be tried.

The fact is that S Africa has given its white minority that are descendants of European colonialists full rights as citizens, whereas the imported Jewish settlers have taken over Palestine and either kicked out or caged the native Palestinians.

S Africa would have been fully within its rights to expel all whites from S Africa if they wished to as the whites did not ask for permission from the natives before settling the land.

Unless you can show evidence of the whites being caged and slaughtered by Gripen attacks then I suggest you think a bit more before posting next time.

Right now the death toll stands at around 230.

What you wrote isn't accurate at least not for now. Even though the whole case South Africa brought to the ICJ seems like a total bs clown show, I still think we should wait to see what the court decides. Right now calling it genocide is jumping the gun. Just because you think it's genocide doesn't mean it actually is. Let's hold off until we get the final verdict.
