The German people built Haifa, put in a power plant, laid out the grid, made life better for the Palestinians. Never stole the land, and when controversy arose over the purchase of more land, the Germans went into tourism so not to offend.
The Germans were a benefit to the Palestinians, never numbering over 1,000.
