You cannot ignore the West wrongdoings in this and how they give the green light to Israel to commit mass atrocities. I have criticized Arabs but we can also criticize the West for their hypocrisy.

Most of the criticism in this thread has been decidedly one-sided and utterly unfair, and indeed dishonest, in my view.

If you are talking about Abbas, we don’t claim him. He is a puppet of Israel who works with the occupation. You are correct though, Arabs have done nothing but backstab and sabotage each other. I think this has been mentioned before but the USA is in a vice-like grip of Zionists.

AIPAC and the like do not care about US interests but what benefits the colonists of Palestine.

During the cold-war it may have served US interests to support the settler colony, but as the world will turn multi-polar within 5-10 years and the new world chessboard is being rearranged as we speak, it is absolutely detrimental to US strategic interests to be propping up the last remaining colonial settler state in the world. It needs as many non-western countries to not join the Chinese camp and either stay neutral or even favour it.

The collective west, with some notable exceptions, has damned and disgraced itself over the genocide going on in Gaza.

"Global South" will remember this for decades and make them zip their mouths when required to put them back in their box.

It seems that the IDF will soon enter the Rafah area. I'm not happy about this and would be against it but because the leader of Hamas terrorists is still alive and hiding in that place, unfortunately, this military operation is important and necessary as it's the only way to destroy Hamas.

It would have been better if the Palestinians had resisted Hamas from the beginning and avoided this war but they didn't and now it is what it is. Let's hope Egypt is prepared to open its borders if there is a major clash between the IDF and Hamas.

Let's hope Egypt does the right thing.

That may be your opinion, but it is not correct. USA has its own internal mechanisms. For example, there is nothing that prevents CAIR from doing exactly what AIPAC is doing. Just because someone else plays the same game better than you can does not mean that the whole tournament is crooked.

No one has given Israel a green light to commit genocide. The ICJ is looking at the case brought by South Africa to determine whether there is a genocide and what to do about it. So there are repercussions beginning as well, where they lead is yet to be determined.
