A Merkava tank was hit by an IED which allegedly led to the death of 1 soldier and 3 others were wounded, two of them seriously. The incident continues and clashes have erupted between IOF and the Resistance.

There is a disconnect between my statement and your response. I believe you have misread my statement. I was not expressing any form of moral outrage. Instead, I presented a pragmatic observation about the lack of an enforcement mechanism for this diplomatic and legal step. What leverage can these parties utilize to enforce their agreement if they come to one? International relations encompasses military, economic, and financial tools to achieve the desired end.

You can't come to the negotiation table with a gun and an empty magazine and expect to get favorable terms and conditions. So you see the folly of this posture.

I was actually appreciating your pragmatism here as you described it above; my comment was more about the rest of usual hysterics in this thread.

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation said Wednesday that 20 Palestinians were killed in a crush at an aid distribution site in Gaza’s Khan Younis, and accused armed agitators linked to Hamas of fomenting the unrest.

The Israeli- and US-backed group said 19 people were trampled to death and one person was stabbed “amid a chaotic and dangerous surge, driven by agitators in the crowd” at the aid site in the southern Gaza Strip.

“We have credible reason to believe that elements within the crowd – armed and affiliated with Hamas – deliberately fomented the unrest,” the GHF said, adding that for the first time since operations began, multiple firearms had been identified in the crowd.

“This horrific event follows a deeply troubling pattern in recent days. False messages about aid site openings, including at SDS4 (Wadi Gaza) and the long-closed SDS1 (Tal Sultan), have circulated widely on Telegram and other platforms, fueling confusion, driving crowds to closed sites, and inciting disorder,” the GFH said.

The incident came as the IDF continued to maneuver in southern Gaza, bolstering its presence in the area with a new strategic route and overnight airstrikes that hit over 120 targets in the enclave.

Remove yourself from the region and let them eat their fill without your unwanted input!!!

💢 Fidan from the Security Council: Israel does not want peace or stability

In a speech delivered by Fidan, on Wednesday evening, in an emergency session of the International Security September, to discuss the humanitarian situation in Gaza.

- After 80 years, the world is witnessing again the return of detention camps

- The Israeli war machine feeds on impunity and unconditional support from some

- The principle of international humanitarian law is left without violation by Israel

- The UN Security Council was not satisfied with the disappointment of the people of Gaza, but rather disappointed human dignity

- Israel is trying to implement its aggressive strategy in Lebanon, Syria and Iran, not only in Palestine

- What to do is clear: stopping the Israeli war machine, stopping impunity, stopping the shooting immediately and permanently, entering humanitarian aid without obstacle, renewing the commitment to the two -state solution

Turkey from the beginning called on the international community to take urgent measures.

- If the Israeli offensive strategy is not contained, there will be a risk of instability on a broader scale.

Fidan stressed the need for concerted efforts to prevent Syria from entering into the cycle of violence, stressing that "the risks are enormous, and the instability resulting from that will affect the entire region and beyond."
