According to Meyssan, while it may seem that Jeffrey Epstein enjoyed committing his crimes, we must not forget that he worked for an intelligence service, the Mossad. The atrocities he committed were largely a means of blackmailing his friends.

A few names of prominent figures were mentioned, but the high-ranking criminals were never caught. What is new about the Epstein case is that the US judiciary has
9 million pages of documents, a third of which it has made public.
The Duce and Dutroux cases involved extortions organized by NATO intelligence services. Their targets were not only in France and Belgium, but throughout the European Union. The targets used were never held accountable and were available for new operations.
At this point, 25 of Epstein’s targets have reached agreements with federal prosecutors. They paid significant sums to avoid prosecution and to avoid the publication of their names. In the initial 3 million documents released, all references to these individuals have been blacked out, while the names of their victims are listed in full.
We do not know how the US Department of Justice has chosen to order the release of its existing documents. For now, the documents only implicate European figures, ignoring their domestic targets. To date, the only known head of state whose entourage performs black rituals (satanic rituals) characteristic of this type of cult is the unelected President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. For several years, there have been terrible rumors about him without any possibility of confirmation. However, on January 31, Iuliia Mendel, the former head of Zelensky’s press office, revealed that the senior adviser and trusted assistant to the Ukrainian president, Andriy Yermak, the former head of Zelensky’s office, who is now dismissed from his post, performs black magic rituals.

More notably, he visited Yevgen Korniychuk, the controversial former justice minister who served as ambassador to Israel (2021-2023). He is the son-in-law of Vasyl Onopenko, the head of the Supreme Court. Finally, Yermak’s lawyer, Ihor Fomin, and Yevgen Korniychuk went together to visit Timur Mindich (Volodymyr Zelensky’s business partner, who is now a fugitive) in Herzliya, Israel.
Among the one-third of the documents released in the Epstein case are several Ukrainian passports, but the Justice Department has withheld the names, addresses and photos of the holders with whom Epstein was associated.
In addition, other documents testify that Epstein traveled to Kiev several times and commissioned his assistant, the Frenchman Jean-Luc Brunel, to make purchases there.
Brunel was the director of the modeling agencies Karin Models (Paris) and E=MC2 (Miami). He was accused of pimping in France and had the “good will” (like Epstein) to commit suicide in the La Santé prison! Timur Mindich was also the director of the Fire Point modeling agency (Kiev).
However, it is not clear how many young Ukrainian men and women fell into their trap.
In this regard, Volodymyr Vatras, a member of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, submitted a draft amendment to the Civil Code of Ukraine on February 6, 2026.
In addition to protecting the reputation of those accused of corruption until a final verdict is issued, the bill lowers the marriage age to 14. Recall that the Ukrainian government accuses Russia of kidnapping 900,000 children. Ruslan Stefanchuk, the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament and the ideologist of the Servant of the People party (Zelensky’s party), put considerable effort into both drafting this Civil Code and defending it before his parliament. He is a scientist and educator who has worked with children for a long time. He is also involved in the Midas case. However, all experts have noted that his statements do not correspond to the presented text. Stefanchuk was in Washington last week. On February 7, he met with Riley M. Barnes, the US assistant secretary of state for democracy, human rights and labor rights. He explained in detail that no Ukrainian children had “disappeared” but that 900,000 had been taken prisoner by Russia.
Upon his return to Kyiv, Ruslan Stefanchuk faced a public outcry. He admitted that in the current situation he could not submit the draft of the new civil code to the parliament. But the problem that the amendment clumsily tried to bury remains.
