Imran Khan's picture with Ghislaine was taken somewhere in 1990-1992. This is when Ghislane had only just met Epstein.
Even if she had gotten started right away as a Mossad agent collecting blackmail media, she could never have known that Khan will one day enter politics and be big enough to be Prime Minister.
As far as anyone knew in early 1990s, IK was a playboy cricketer.

Despite my consternation over Khan's more recent political machinations, I don't think anyone seriously gives credence to these bizarre suggestions that he was somehow involved in this Epstein cabal.
Best to just ignore these wild theories.
