Well, if the S-400 was busy hiding then clearly it was out of the game and didn't pose a threat. CM-400, at the speed it arrives on target, it would be difficult for any other Medium Range or SHORAD to intercept it.I believe CM400s did their job fine. Indians couldn't intercept them. It struck its target locations as admitted by the IAF chief himself or perhaps S400 was too good (and too busy) with hide and seek, as they claim - lol
I think the future is PAF going for more ALBMs or quasi ballistic missiles......similar to what Israel did with Blue Sparraws.
That's a sure shot way of taking out HVTs in India in initial salvos......and because guidance to these missiles can be fed in advance, PAF can utilize the older BLK Is for this job while BLK IIIs and J-10s take out any theats in the air.
