They are? I think the "Central Asia" in Aselsan report is a reference to Azerbaijan, because one It talks about jets in service, and two, although rare, Azerbaijan can be be sometimes referred to as Central Asia.

As for Somalia, no offence but how can they operate fighter jets? There entire state budget (not armed forces but state budget) is less than $1.5 bln in 2026. Even let’s say someone else would finance it (who?), another thing is their continued operation etc. I can’t imagine how fighter jets would be even a priority, and those hypothetical funds would be better spent elsewhere for their armed forces.
