I think it could be likely Egypt, then Qatar the Kuwait and then maybe (Jordan ) join. If they do then I think it is likely they buy internally- or from Chinese a good ally of Pakistan that is around 10% of the US military exports. Europe makes up about 25% of US military exports. If this Mecca Pact were to buy elsewhere too then this will have a huge hit on US Economy and the US blackmail leverage they got over us thru FROM political and military will be diminished.
My hope is Turkey China Pakistan sell big military technology to the Pact and stop GCC money going abroad into western pockets.- if this happens then the security arrangements for western imperialism in Middle East and further a field will be looked at by them:
