I've to disagree .. We've signed the arab defense pact in the 50s ( still working) and we signed camp david in 1979 ( which you may think it forbids us from joining any alliance). You already know the truth. Nobody is dying for Yemen, Iraq or Iran from this defence pact. Pakistan refused to send their forces in 2015 and they still have similar policy.
You didn’t join because your truce with Israel is already working for the last 45 years… you don’t want to make Israel unhappy as you will likely be the first victim of Israel’s aggression if the alliance threatens Israel in the future.
Lol.
We didn't join because we arrnt fools to die for the saudis in yemen, iraq and iran.
Simply we may have corrupt leadership but arent mercenaries

we have also signed with somalia a defense pact which is against israel, ethiopia and uae interest in somalia land republic.

You have hit the nail on the head.Do not know much about the modalities of this defense pact, but if it really is about knowledge / resource sharing, interoperability and joint ops .. then at some time in future, Pakistan may have finally found the strategic depth / location or relocation it needed.
You have hit the nail on the head.
You may have noticed that following Pakistan's signing of the Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement with Saudi Arabia in September 2025, Pakistan's policy towards Afghanistan dramatically changed.
Pakistan carried out airstrikes on major Afghan cities in October 2025 and again in February and March 2026.
Those who question whether Saudi Arabia or Türkiye will fight India to defend Pakistan, they don't need to.
Pakistan will simply station its ballistic missiles, warships and fighter aircraft in those two countries.
In that case, is India going to attack those two countries?
I'm sorry but the pact with Somalia gave us an Egyptian base there and the deployment of hundreds of egyptian soldiers ..These pacts that Egypt has signed don't have the significance and weight of the pact signed by Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Türkiye. The truth is that even if not a single Islamic country joined the Saudi, Pakistani and Türkiye pact, it would still be a highly significant alliance in its current shape.
The paradox of western middle east doctrine may be surmised thusly - they HATE us when we win anything professionally and conventionally. They actually want us to behave irresponsibly and recklessly, as this: (a) confirms whatever antiquated orientalist viewpoint they were trained to believe in by the zionist infospehere, and (b) plays right into their strategic trap. Lessons here for Pakistan, Turkiye, Arabs, Iran and anyone else who would care to take note. Less chest thumping and more calculated pragmatism is the order of the day. Chest thumping ultimately got the likes of Saddam and Muammar killed. The USA on various occasions threatened Turkiye with war should we have entered syria, it happened under Obama and it happened under Trump. There was one instance when Turkiye wanted to enter syria and erdogan had a call with Obama about.
This was the image the americans released with the title "on the phone with erdogan" who the media made us believe Obama was close friends with erdogan.

When Turkiye finally did first enter Syria we saw both Russia and the USA armies co-ordinate their militaries to cut the Turkish advance off from both sides.
As the war progressed we would see this game of one handing positions to the other to spite Turkiye. For example when Turkiye wanted to enter the east of the river, the americans threatened war, their generals came out saying that Turkish military assets would become legitimate targets should we hit their kurdish pkk terrorist proxy. Trump sent a letter to erdogan warning him not to intervene.

Erdogan it was claimed famously threw the letter in the trash can and sent the Turkish army in. The americans decided they didnt want to actually confront the Turkish military but instead handed over the PKK/YPG positions over to Russian control. So the USA supported an affilated terrorist organisation in which they and the EU recognise as such against a NATO ally and would even work with Russia against said NATO ally.
Now i could point out a hundred such incidents in which the americans/zionists tried to harm Turkiye just over Syria, the point being that if they were threatening war against Turkiye to not intervene in Syria, there is no way in f'king hell Trump/zionists are happy about the mecca pact.
And as everyone knows, the Turkish backed side ended up winning in Syria irrespective of american and russian threats, irrespective that on many occasions they worked together to curtail Turkiye.
One last thing i want to add, if "truly" americans were planning to leave the middle they would have never threatened war against NATO ally Turkiye over some dirty marxist terrorists that no one in the region likes.
This mecca pact is a disaster for zionism. Turkiye is next they claimed. Truthfully most power blocs on earth will not like seeing Muslims come together.

Trump welcomes defene pact between Saudi, Turkey and Pakistan
"Very happy to see that Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan have recently, and finally, signed the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement," he wrote on his Truth Social.www.newarab.com
Trump is happy.
With the backing(and assuming the same interoperability and commonality as that of NATO in the future) of KSA and Turkey...and a true article 5 type of clause(as in they will really show up when called upon)...with that Pakistan wouldn't need strategic depth. Instead it would be able to sustain a long term war with India on an even footing.Do not know much about the modalities of this defense pact, but if it really is about knowledge / resource sharing, interoperability and joint ops .. then at some time in future, Pakistan may have finally found the strategic depth / location or relocation it needed.
Too many cooks spoil the broth....These pacts that Egypt has signed don't have the significance and weight of the pact signed by Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Türkiye.
