Joint military training of Army, Navy and Air Force cadets at Pakistan Military Academy

Joint military training of army, navy and air force cadets starts from December 1, 2024 at Pakistan Military Academy.

This training will cover five months in which the cadets of all three armed forces will receive basic military training

The PMA is the premier training institution of the Pakistan Army that infuses competent and professional leadership into the Pakistan Defense Force.

The training of armed forces cadets at PMA will provide a comprehensive approach to military-led joint operations.

This training will strengthen national defense as well as ensure mutual discipline and leadership in future warfighting requirements

In any war, the coordination and cooperation of land, sea and air forces ensures victory

Joint training will help in building professional uniformity, leadership, courage and unity in the armed forces

The armed forces of Pakistan are distinguished organizations for their professionalism, courage, discipline and confident leadership

Interesting - I wonder what years they are looking at?

It’s good to forge relationships at this stage and maybe even introduce cadets to concepts from all forces.

Ideally though - I think it would be better to either rotate this exercise throughout academies or if they can afford it to scale down the months spent but provide exposure to all three academies.

So years 2 could get a short stint at Kakul, year 3 at Risalpur or Mehran and so on.

So potentially Army cadets get exposure to PAF and PN conops to take with them as they grow and vice versa.

Joint Military Training-1 oath-taking ceremony at Pakistan Military Academy

The oath-taking ceremony of Joint Military Training-1 was held at Pakistan Military Academy Kakul.

Cadets from the 154th Long Course, 37th Technical Graduate Course, 70th Integrated Course, and 25th Lady Cadet Course participated in the oath-taking ceremony.

The first joint military training course includes 485 Pak Army, 111 Pak Navy and 42 Pak Air Force cadets.

Cadets will participate in joint training modules and exercises at the Pakistan Military Academy.
