Am going to stick with African air forces for a bit. And, since I was here one upon a time, Kenyan Air Force:

Back in the day, one of the best low cost, light weight fighters around.

USA offered a 100 of these to our airforce but we insisted on the F-16.

PAF was wise to insist on the F-16. Not that the F-5 would have been a bad choice. The F-16 is capable of much more.
