Not much to do with the Americans: The events of 2021/22 were the same old Power Politics of Pakistan involving a Prime Minister of Pakistan and top military officials.
But Imran Khan, by carrying prayer beads, by reciting verses from Quran, by claiming to make a Riyasat e Medina stands out as the biggest manipulator of 'Islam' in Pakistan, second only to General Zia ul Haq! And now he is playing a very dangerous, disingenuous game of ethnic blackmail to come back to power.
