I think at this point we can safely assume that TTP has more diverse weapon production facilities through out the country compared to to army.

It was pretty much a coordinated ambush. They blew up the seminary, waited for the security forces to arrive, then started firing and most likely launched rockets, horrible accuracy, and not missiles, they were using those Type 63 or similar MRLs with those highly inaccurate 106/107mm rockets in some TTP propaganda footage.

Total mismanagement & disasterous policies, that's why situation has gone worse since regime change. Security situation was 100 times better in 2018-21. There has to a limit of incompetencies & failures. Even Syria, Iraq got rid of worst terrorism earlier then us. Pak military has completely failed to defeat terrorism. Total failure! Yet they don't do accountability or fire Generals for lapses.

A functional state is turned into a banana republic by few power hungry criminals. The people incharge of the affairs have no clue, no ideas and no moral authority to fix anything at all. Notice how severe situation is worsening at all ends including with BLA and TTP. Everyday people are dying but incompetent general and incompetent security czar are still sticking to their job. Remember incompetent is sticking to be chairman of cricket too as if he has enough time for that or no other person is capable enough to do that. His own qualification for any post is zero except that he is relative of a military dictator. That's how your country is being operated.
