Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Terrorism Watch

As long as some KPK residents living in the stone age keep giving shelter and assistance to the TTP goons, these problems will continue irrespective of whoever is at the helm of affairs. KPK needs to come out of the dark ages now.

The problem with Talibanis is that they hide among civilians which is the hardest form of warfare. No other faction in the world uses civilians cover like these talibani swines do. Maybe the one eyed dajjal can be shifted to Afghanistan jail where he can preach them about democracy.

There were plenty of options besides idiotic Fauji policy of supporting one Afghan warlord after another and hoping for eventual payoff. All GHQ ever achieved was to burn down Afghanistan and set Pakistan on fire as well. Now burn in that fire.

Hate using the word now that it's been ragged around, but to quote Elon Musk, the Overton Window has shifted to such an extent that after labeling PTI for all ills in this world, we have now moved onto KP and pathans? With Maryam leading the charge?

Sad state of affairs, and when you see gems like these, it becomes even sadder.

Like I said, provide a realistic option not Imrand fools paradise option. One government that was already functional got toppled by taliban within a week. What makes you think a different form of government can survive with Taliban in their front and backyard?
Taliban of 1980s that was supported by Pakistan is not the same as todays. Most 90% of talibani fighter from soviet invasion are already dead due to short life expectancy of that region plus, remaining are in their 50s and 60s. The current talibanis are mix breed of swine and cave monkey.

Sorry but that seems to be ground reality of the region. PTI should have obeyed establishment and we would not have PPP PMLN in power.
Pakistan has a very complex dynamics which emotionally charged PTIs do not understand. Its unfortunate that Pakistan is situated in such geographic location and not a far away island other wise military would be only limited to barracks.

Obeyed what? And what exactly is the ground reality? That pathan terrorism support kartay hain? Because that's what is being implied.
 
There's no winning this. Military does not have the competence or intelligence to deal with this situation. They will just keep blaming the entire world before they look inwards.

If anyone wants to absolutely shit on Pakistan's parade, they just have to send a few hundred thousand dollars to BLA or TTP. Enjoy fireworks in any corner of Pakistan on demand.

Today it's PTI and Pathans fault, tomorrow it'll be something else.

A question for PTI wally, if Pakistani military is so bad why does Pakistan's ally trust Pakistan more then ever before? Not a single nation stood up for Pakistani people's support like Pakistan did for Bangladesh post Hasina. Why would China even bother sharing their critical military technologies with a nation's military which according to PTI is in bed with US? Or is PTI wally intelligence higher then CCP?

It's being implied because their is a element of truth in the statement

You don't have to call it terrorism, you can call it separatism, ethnoextremism, ethnocentrism etc

In the end all it means is that their is fertile seditious ground for terrorists to plant their seed


Otherwise the TTP problem would be as bad in Lahore or Kashmir or Karachi as it is in Tribal areas or KP and that's not the case



Are all Pathans, tribals, pashtuns etc involved???
Of course not but enough embrace ethnocentrism above civic duty where our enemy can take advantage and maintain a constant presence and recruit

ISLAMABAD: Security forces killed 12 India-backed terrorists, while 11 security personnel lost their lives in a militant attack in Bajaur, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Tuesday.

Detailing the event, the military's media wing said that a cowardly terrorist attack was attempted on a joint checkpost of the security forces and law enforcement agencies (LEAs).

"The assailants sought to breach the checkpost security; however, their nefarious designs were swiftly and decisively foiled by the vigilant and resolute response of Pakistan’s security forces," said the ISPR.



The troops, it added, engaged the fleeing khwarij with precision and gunned down 12 terrorists. The blast also martyred 11 brave sons of the soil.

However, the attackers rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the perimeter wall, resulting in severe destruction to a civilian residential building which was in close proximity and martyred one young girl and injured seven others, including women and children.

Noting that the sanitisation operations were underway to eliminate any other India-backed terrorist found in the area, the ISPR stressed that the relentless counter-terrorism campaign by security forces and LEAs will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

"The sacrifices of our brave soldiers and innocent civilians further reinforce our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our nation at all costs."

Pakistan has experienced a rise in cross-border terrorist incidents since the Taliban regained control of Afghanistan in 2021. The provinces of KP and Balochistan, which border Afghanistan, have been particularly affected by these attacks.

ISPR Director General Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, in his presser on January 6, said that law enforcement agencies carried out 75,175 IBOs across the country in 2025.

Giving a breakdown, he said 14,658 IBOs were conducted in KP, 58,778 in Balochistan, while 1,739 operations took place in the rest of the country.

Lt Gen Chaudhry said that 5,397 terrorism incidents were reported nationwide during the last year. Of these, 3,811 incidents, he said, occurred in KP, 1,557 in Balochistan, and 29 incidents were reported in other parts of the country.

He said that 2,597 terrorists were killed during counterterror operations last year. While providing details of 10 major terror attacks across the country, he said that civilians and soft targets had been deliberately targeted, and Afghan militants were involved in all attacks.
